The workouts of the Insanity Max 30 are broken into segments. These segments are forms of interval training, so you will start off maxing out for say, 20 seconds, then have a 10 second cool down. There are 11 total workouts in INSANITY MAX:30, all except one (Ab Attack) being 30 minutes in length. If you are an Insanity veteran, you may recognize some of the moves that were in the video above, but this isn’t just a remake of Insanity! There are 150 new moves in MAX:30 and all of them will test you and help you reach your fitness goals faster!
Every workout has a low-impact modifier, so if you have issues with high-impact move, you’ll have someone showing you how to modify the entire workout. The program is based on a 60-day schedule, with workouts only occurring 5 days/week, so if you choose, you can have the entire weekend to recover.
